You are buying a reagent your results depend on. If someone tells you it is 74% cheaper, the right response is to ask what has been left out. Here is where the money goes in this market, and which parts of it we removed.
One manufacturer, landed in Australia by us. There is no importer and no distributor stacking a margin on the same bottle before it reaches you.
We carry the lines a working lab reorders constantly. A catalogue with everything in it costs a fortune to hold, and you pay for the slow-moving half of it.
No territory managers, no printed catalogue, no counter staff in six states. None of that makes your titration more accurate, and all of it is in the price.
Most of this market hides pricing behind a login or a quote request. Ours is on the page. You are not being charged what your account code says you will tolerate.
The grade is the point. The price is just the price.
Cheap is worthless if you cannot rely on it. Every line states exactly what it is, before you buy and after it arrives.
AR, HPLC, LR and Extra Pure, stated per line and per pack size. We never leave the grade to be inferred from the price.

What we are not.
You will find this out eventually, so you may as well find it out now, from us.
- We are new. We do not have a fifteen-year relationship with your lab and we have not earned that yet. Price is the only argument we have made on this page, because it is the only one we can prove today.
- Our catalogue is small. Twenty-six products. If you need to raise one purchase order across three thousand lines, we cannot be your only supplier. Most labs use us as a second source on the lines they reorder most.
- Nothing ships before late August. The first shipment is inbound. The waitlist is how you get an allocation from it, and it is first come, first served.
- Nobody will visit you. There is no rep, no lunch and no branded notepad. That is a deliberate choice and it is part of why the numbers above look the way they do.
The questions a chemist actually asks.
Is it genuinely analytical reagent grade?
Yes. The grade is stated on every line and on the pack, along with the assay where the line carries one — AR 99.9% sodium chloride, AR 98% sulphuric acid, HPLC-grade methanol. If a line is laboratory reagent rather than analytical reagent, it says LR. We never let a price imply a grade.
How can it be this much cheaper if it is the same grade?
Because the grade is not what most of the difference is paying for. Direct import instead of a distributor chain, a short catalogue instead of an exhaustive one, and no field sales force. Those three things account for the gap. The chemical in the bottle is the same specification either way.
Can I see a safety data sheet before I commit?

When will my order actually arrive?

Do you deliver dangerous goods?
Yes, within Australia. Dangerous goods lines require a business account and a business delivery address, which is a transport requirement rather than ours. The non‑hazardous lines have no such requirement.
What if I find it cheaper somewhere else?
Send it to us. If it is a published Australian price for the same chemical, the same grade and the same pack size, we want to see it — either we match it or we correct this page. Both outcomes are useful to us.
